Kollywood’s iron man Suriya, is all set to do a Bollywood Flick with Directer Ram Gopal Varma. The most successful actor in the recent times from Tamil film industry is all set debut in Bollywood with, Ram Gopal Varma’s forthcoming directorial ‘Ratha Charithra’ based on Naxalite gang war.

Ratha Charithra is based on lives of two eminent bigwigs of Andhra Pradesh; ‘Parithala Ravi’ and ‘Maatal Seruvu Suri’. According to the closer sources, Vivek Oberoi is doing Ravi’s characterization while Suriya on the other role. Ram Gopal Varma had revealed the first look of Vivek before few months.

Suriya accepted the role after Ram Gopal Varma’s one-hour narration of the script. Ram Gopal Varma has introduced many south Indian heroes like JD Chakravarthy, Nagarjuna and Mohanlal to Hindi cinema.

Suriya is currently busy with his ongoing K.S.Ravikumar’s project Aadhavan and will be doing Hari’s Singam next. It seems that after finishing these project Suriya will take up Ratha Charithra.
